Come in and join us for freshly prepared and baked danish- $2.25/each, filled croissants- $3.10/each, plain croissants- $2.35/each and muffins- $1.65/each. Danish include cheese pockets, nut twists, fruit-filled and cinnamon raisin streusel.
Croissants are all butter and made with Ham and Cheese, Spinach and Feta, Chocolate or plain.
Muffins vary and are available in Blueberry, Raspberry, Orange Cranberry, Lemon Poppyseed, Banana Nut and other assorted varieties.
All of our cookies are made with 100% butter and the best ingredients available. All cookies are a 4 oz. extra large size.
Cookie flavors are Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Reverse Chocolate Chunk, Peanut Butter and other assorted types.
Swiss Linzer Torte
The authentic Swiss recipe of a hazelnut, butter dough with imported raspberry marmalade and a decorative lattice top.

A classic butter poundcake lightened by whipped egg whites and whole eggs. Choose from a variety of flavors and have cakes filled to your specifications.
Vanilla, Chocolate, Raspberry, Strawberry, Orange, Lemon, Mocha, Hazelnut or suggest a flavor of your choice. Accompany your buttercream selection with imported Raspberry, Apricot or Strawberry preserves (since butter remains hard when cold, it is always a good idea to allow your cake to come to room temperature to enjoy the smoothness of the buttercream).
All 8” cakes may have writing and flowers for an additional $2.50.

Our mousse cakes are all made from scratch using the finest imported chocolate.

Individual Party Pastries
A selection of bars, finger pastries, a combination of your choice, or leave the selection up to the Chef and be pleasantly surprised. Inquire for selections. Available by the dozen. Minimum order of 2 dozen, $20.00/dozen.

Multiple Breakfast Pastries
Large orders of breakfast pastries should be ordered ahead of time, with a minimum of 6/pastry. This ensures we have sufficient amounts for walk-in customers.
You may remember the original Foley’s Bakery that operated from 1997-2002 at 431 Congress Street. New owners Dan and Andrea Swanson now run Foley’s Cakes at 1 Monument Way with the same great cakes, just a different name and new location.
Chef Ed Foley is a Pastry Chef who trained the new owner, Andrea Swanson, and has been a friend and mentor to her for over 15 years. Andrea has worked in restaurants and hotels in the Portland and Greater Portland area for over 20 years learning the ropes and honing the skills she acquired working with her mentor Ed Foley. As Ed looked to the future, and made the decision to sell his gourmet pastry shop, Andrea was first on his list to pass the baker’s torch, and she jumped at the opportunity. Her main goal is to provide the same quality service and products that you’ve come to love and expect from Foley’s. Her second is to entice you in to try her own creations alongside the favorites, so save room! All baked goods are made on the premises with top quality ingredients.

I recently got a cake from them and would certainly go back. The cake was delicious. The buttercream was light and creamy without being too sweet and over powering. The cake itself was decorated nicely with attention to detail. I got so many compliments on the cake from the people at my party. Thanks Foleys! Great job.
